Krystal Webb
Founder/CEO/Executive Director

For Krystal, House of Adelphē is more than an organization.

It is deeply personal.

​

Raised on the east side of Detroit, Michigan, in a neighborhood known as the “Red Zone,” Krystal grew up surrounded by many of the realities that often shape under-resourced communities: violence, poverty, gang activity, substance abuse, and limited opportunities.

For many young people growing up in similar environments, the statistics can seem to predict the future before they have even had the opportunity to discover who they are. But Krystal's story became one of perseverance, determination, and possibility.

She refused to allow her environment to define her future.

She graduated from high school and went on to become the first person in her family to earn a college degree. Krystal proudly graduated from Tennessee State University, a Historically Black College and University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science with academic disciplines in Psychology and Sociology.

Her educational journey deepened her understanding of people, human behavior, communities, and the social forces that shape lives. But her passion for serving others had already begun to take root.

Krystal's professional background has included meaningful work with children and young people through early childhood development, after-school programming, mentoring, and teaching.

For the past decade, she has also built a professional career in management, leadership, development, and training within the healthcare industry.

​

These experiences have allowed her to develop a unique perspective—one that understands both the importance of nurturing a child early and the lifelong value of preparation, leadership, emotional development, confidence, and support.

But beneath every professional accomplishment is a deeper calling:

To help girls recognize that where they come from does not have to determine where they are going.

​

Krystal knows personally what it means to have dreams larger than the environment surrounding you. She knows what it means to navigate life without always seeing a clear path forward.

And she believes every girl deserves someone who can look at her life and say:

“I see you. I believe in you. And there is more inside of you than you may realize.”

​

A Sisterhood That Began Before the House

The foundation of House of Adelphē was being built long before the organization had a name.

It began during one of the most formative seasons of their lives—college.

It was there that Krystal met Christian Sibert and Destinee Dinwiddie, two women from Memphis, Tennessee, who would become far more than friends. They became sisters.

Their connection was formed through shared experiences, spiritual growth, late-night conversations, heartbreaks, challenges, laughter, healing, and a collective desire to rise beyond whatever life had placed before them.

​

Together, they learned.

Together, they grew.

Together, they prayed.

And together, they discovered the kind of sisterhood that would continue to shape their lives long after college.

​

Their bond was not built on perfection.

​

It was built on authenticity.

​

They understood one another's struggles. They celebrated one another's victories. They challenged one another to grow. And through life's changing seasons, they experienced the power of having women beside you who truly understand your journey.

That is the heart of Adelphē.

The word Adelphē means sister in Greek.

​

And for these three women, sisterhood is not simply a beautiful word.

It is something they have lived.

Destinee Dinwiddie is a purpose-driven leader, faith-filled visionary, and devoted servant of youth and community. As the Co-Founder and Vice Chair of House of Adelphē Organization, Inc., she embodies the values of sisterhood, service, and spiritual growth, bringing a unique blend of real-world experience, strategic insight, and spiritual grounding to the heart of the organization.

​

Her educational journey is a testament to resilience and perseverance. Destinee began her studies at Tennessee State University, majoring in Early Childhood Education. Though life’s challenges required her to pause, she refused to let circumstances determine her destiny. Determined to finish what she started, she later enrolled at Nashville State Community College, where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education on her own time and in her own way. Her story is a living reflection of the very persistence and grace she now seeks to instill in the young women of House of Adelphē.

​

Professionally, Destinee brings extensive expertise in healthcare administration and credentialing. In her current role with Johns Hopkins University, she oversees provider enrollment and compliance, ensuring excellence in both systems and service. Known for her diligence, integrity, and heart-centered leadership, she is trusted as a steady hand and strategic thinker who pays attention not only to processes but also to people.

Her skill set is both broad and impactful—spanning schedule management, event planning, financial tracking, problem-solving, and community coordination. Beyond the workplace, she has organized community baby showers for single mothers, hosted wellness fairs to connect families with vital resources, and continually invests her time in mentorship through schools, churches, and life-skills workshops.

​

Destinee’s heart for House of Adelphē runs deep. She sees the organization as a sacred sisterhood where women build each other up in love, faith, and excellence. Whether behind the scenes or in the spotlight, she leads with humility, purpose, and an unwavering belief that every girl deserves to be seen, heard, and empowered.

Looking ahead, Destinee envisions House of Adelphē expanding into a national movement of mentorship and transformation—a place where girls from every walk of life can grow into confident, whole, and purpose-filled women.

Her leadership and life reflect her favorite scripture:

Christian Sibert is a grounded leader, visionary strategist, and steadfast advocate for purpose-driven mentorship. As the Co-Founder and Finance & Grants Director of House of Adelphē, she blends financial expertise with a deep passion for helping young women rise above challenges and walk boldly into their worth.

​

A proud native of Memphis, Tennessee, Christian was raised in a community of strong, diverse women whose resilience and lessons shaped her early understanding of womanhood. While grateful for the guidance she received, she longed for deeper mentorship, broader exposure, and resources that could empower young women beyond mere survival. Today, she embodies the very example she once sought—empathetic, wise, and equipped to guide others toward purpose and self-empowerment.

​

Christian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tennessee State University and a Master of Business Administration from Argosy University. Her career spans over a decade in financial operations, billing systems, accounts receivable, and regulatory compliance. Known for her integrity, precision, and ability to simplify complex processes, Christian has supported both education and private equity sectors, ensuring transparency and efficiency at every level. At House of Adelphē, her leadership guarantees fiscal responsibility, sustainable growth, and readiness to scale the organization’s impact.

Beyond her professional excellence, Christian has always been committed to service. As a former board member of On the Move, a Memphis-based nonprofit, she helped lead community events such as “Hanging in the Hood”—an initiative that brought joy, resources, and connection to underserved neighborhoods. Her approach to service is rooted not in performance, but in genuine empathy and a desire to see communities thrive from within.

​

Her skills span mentorship, event planning, budgeting, compliance oversight, and organizational strategy—making her a force both behind the scenes and on the frontlines. She sees every girl within House of Adelphē not just as a participant, but as a future leader, entrepreneur, and changemaker. Through every financial decision, program, and opportunity, Christian invests in a generation of women equipped to know their value and lead with confidence.

Her vision for House of Adelphē is bold: to grow into a nationally recognized movement known for educating, equipping, and empowering young women to embody their highest potential. She believes that when young women are given the tools, trust, and truth they deserve, they will not only transform their own lives but ripple change across families, communities, and generations.

Christian believes that with resilience, grace, and unwavering faith, she continues to serve as a steady and visionary force, ensuring House of Adelphē remains a beacon of hope, empowerment, and transformation.

​​​House of Adelphē began with a vision Krystal believes was divinely placed in her heart.

She carried a deep conviction that girls needed more.

More than occasional encouragement.

More than programs that only address one part of who they are.

More than being told to succeed without being given the tools, support, guidance, and community needed to help them thrive.

She envisioned a House where girls could be nurtured holistically—where their emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual, practical, and leadership development could all be recognized.

A place where a girl could belong before she fully understood who she was becoming.

As the vision grew, Krystal recognized that the heart of the House reflected the very sisterhood she had experienced with Christian and Destinee.

What began as one woman's dream became a shared mission.

Together, the Founder and Co-Founders began shaping a vision rooted in the belief that empowered women are not simply created through achievement or outward success.

They are developed from the inside out.

The House They Are Building​

House of Adelphē is a faith-driven sisterhood committed to the holistic development of girls and young women.

The organization serves girls ages 6–18, while continuing the journey into adulthood through ongoing mentorship, leadership, connection, and lifelong sisterhood for women ages 19 and older.

At its core, House of Adelphē is committed to helping girls grow into women who are:
